HYPERHIDROSIS DISEASE SEVERITY SCALE (HDSS) MEASURE
    *        The HDSS is a 4-point scale designed to assess the severity of hyerhidrosis in
          everyday clinical practice and effectiveness of hyperhidrosis treatment.

*        The HDSS can be administered by an interviewer or self-completed by the
          patient.

*        The HDSS assess disease severity based on the extent of excessive sweating-
         related impairment of daily activities.

*        The HDSS can be used as a general measure of hyperhidrosis or with
         specification for focal location, such as axillary, hands, feet and other
         hyperhidrosis.
